Orders can be entered into the system through one of three methods.

Batch Upload - Orders are automatically uploaded from either your own in house ordering system or your customers systems. These are then immediately visable from within the system.

Order Entry Screen - Your staff and trusted customers can be given access to an order entry screen that will allow them to create and retrieve order information. Labels can be automatically generated at this point.

Website Plugin - We provide a plugin to add to your website to allow your customers to place orders and generate packing labels.

Once your orders have been added to ReDeTrack the Routing tool allows you to automaticaly generate routes and then if needed manipulate the.m.

You can base your routes on pre-defined templates or ask the system try and create the optimum route.

Once stored these routes will be automatically sent to the relevant driver, and can even be automatically sent to the embedded sat nav system.

The Embedded invoicing system can automatically generate both purchase orders and invoices, either silently on the delivery of a package or by equests from your staff.

If you prefer to use an external invoicing system or accounting package then the ReDeTrack system can create CSV or XML files that can be easily imported into most accounting packages.

The Reports create an up to the minute view of your system, allowing you to instantly see which items have been delivered or picked up. You can even instantly see the signatures and other Proof of Delivery information.

All of this functionality is available via a reporting tool and a parcel tool search widget that can be added to your or your customers websites.
