It also comes with its own messaging service: back office personnel can send each other short messages and also send pop-up messages to the drivers. These messages are carried free of charge using Complete Courier's own GPRS data transfer mechanism. This means that your voice call costs to drivers are minimised. It also means that you can send short messages (just like SMS text messages) for free instead of the usual 20p or so. If your mobile phone bill is high, Complete Courier can save you money. |
